Abstract (EN)

The study aims to examine how gamification applications utilized in the recruitment, training, performance assessment, and career management stages within the tourism sector impact perceived success. It also delves into factors influencing the adoption of gamification activities among both employees and managers, which are becoming increasingly prevalent in today's work environment. The research targets human resources managers within the tourism sector, seeking to identify the underlying reasons for their knowledge, attitude, thoughts, and adaptability towards gamification initiatives, as well as their active engagement or lack thereof with such applications. Gamification is noted for enhancing employees' job satisfaction and their access to performance data compared to conventional human resources management practices in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation systems. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of considering job-related variables when implementing gamification activities.
