Abstract (EN)

In this study, we aimed to examine the impact of employees? perceptions about Human Resources Management?s (HRM) education function on organizational trust. Also, the impact of employees? demographic characteristics on HRM?s education function and organizational trust were investigated. In order to achieve above mentioned aim, a model developed regarding the relationship between HRM?s education function and organizational trust has been developed. In this, our independent variables were perceived education opportunities, perceived superior support, perceived support of colleagues, motivation in learning, and career expectations regarding education, which were all sub-dimensions of HRM?s education function. Our dependent variables were trust to the company, trust to managers and superiors, and trust among employees, which were sub-dimensions of organizational trust. A survey questionnaire was developed and applied to 221 bank employees? in Eskisehir city centre. Following data collection, correlation, t-test, one- way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Our result indicates that, employees? perceptions of some HRM?s education functions have an impact on organizational trust. It was also found that employees? demographic characteristics have a relationship with the perceptions of HRM?s education function and organizational trust.
