Nowadays, the human resources of businesses and their personal development have become very important. For this reason, training and development activities are one of the functions that Human Resources Management attaches great importance to. In the study, the effects of training and development practices on employee performance in businesses are examined within the scope of Human Resources Management (HRM). In order to keep up with the rapid changes in the business world and gain competitive advantage, it is important for organizations to focus on the continuous development of their employees. In this context, it is explained in detail how HRM's training and development policies lead to an increase in performance by increasing the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees in enterprises. Additionally, the study explores how these practices create synergy and encourage collaboration not only on individual employees but also across the organization. It is aimed to shed light on important issues in this field by emphasizing how the strategies of HRM in the field of training and development respond to the demands of the modern business world and how they contribute to corporate success. The survey applied within the study shows that the training and development of HRM in businesses directed to employees participating in the programs. Participants include individuals from different positions such as managers, experts and operational staff. The survey aims for participants to evaluate the effects of HRM practices and share their experiences. The variables to be examined within the scope of the study are human resources management practices, training planned for employees and personnel development and productivity. Within the research model, human resources practices and Training provided for employees are included as independent variables, and personnel development and productivity are included as dependent variables.
