A research on the effects of the practices of the human resources management to the internal marketing strategies of the businesses

Businesses must first use their human resources most efficiently and effectively in order to provide. The sustainability in today's competition conditions. In today's changing conditions it is gaining importance that businesses must create a positive image in the opinions of not only their employees as the internal customers, but also of the external customers. The creation of this image is possible when both the employees and the customers get a positive result in every department and every experience that they are in connection with the business, when their expectations are full filled or even when there are performances over their expectations. This period shows itself as the creation of satisfaction for the internal and external customers. In this research, it is argued that the practices of human resources, which is based on the aspect that it is the basic source of the man's competition supremacy are going to provide the internal customer satisfaction and the external customer satisfaction. In the research, it is concluded that the practices that create employee (the internal customer) satisfaction created a direct and positive effect on the satisfactions of the external customers.
