Abstract (EN)
The alterations in social, economical, cultural,social and especially in technological fields ,effects the life of both an individual and the life of the whole society and this makes the companies try hard to compate.For this reason, companies pay attention to individuals in order to be successful by adapting themselves to these changes, thus training and development programmes of the human resources are important investment. By the help of training programme it is aimed to have a progress on the worker?s knowledge, capability and behaviours. But in order to be successful in this programme, it should be considered as a whole and dealt in a systematical way.In this study concept of human resources management, its function and training, that is the most important one among the other items, are analysed by using literature search method. The training needs analysis, preparing and applying training programmes, and training evaluation in the field of human resources management training are explained. Also, by using interview method the training programme of an international company, which studies in medical sector and has a systematic training progress is studied.
