Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to establish the motivation and organizational commitment of staff working in health and research hospitals and state hospitals. The research is based on an education and research activity in Istanbul and over 356 health personnel working in a state hospital. As a data collection tool; "Hospital Motivation Scale" - A questionnaire about "Hospital Organizational Commitment Scale" is being prepared. Surveys were applied to the sahara after the process of creating the scale was completed. Motivation, meaningful and positive (high) about the research's rationale. As a result, the importance of motivation factors for organizational commitment in employees should be made great by managers and managers.
