Abstract (EN)
The development of technology and consequently increasing of competition conditions have led to a change of some balances in organizations. While this change require to enter to new approach in terms of organization, it also caused change in terms of personnel. Attracting of talented employees to organization and retain them has become difficult. That's why, organizations begin to take into consideration and use talent management practices with a strategy of "attract, develop and retain". In this study; firstly, the development of human resources processes that reveal the concept of talent management are explained. Then the definition of skill management and application steps are described. In this sense, comparative analysis are presented by considering talent management applying companies.
