Because of these reasons, human resources evaluation and systematization include some serious difficulties. It is known as a reality that every person is a different from the other. Although many centries passed since exploration of scientific studies, it has still been so much virgin areas that should be researched. In human resources evaluation, the main point of view is company?s targets. The targets and requirements of companies are in the first projection.Generally, human resources evaluation include private, family, social life and values. It has to be projected and systematized all these factors with targets and requirements of companies. We can supply satisfaction of both human resources and company targets with this way. That is mean, while it is being followed of operating targets, we have to pay attention some details as follows;1.Well-designed job environment for human requirements,2.Values, requirements and needs of human3.Values of human about working life4.Evaluation of personal, environmental and social factors5.Materialistic, moral, cultural and social expectation of human6.Understanding, measurable and systematization of social factorMentioned principals above will develop human resources performance as the same as company?s performance. This study has focused especially on wishes, personal characteristics, age, sex, education level, marital status, working period, social respectability level variables?and so on.Primarily, company management is a structure that includes social relationships. Human resources is also an integrated developing system that is occured and formed by common impression and behaviours. More over, human resources management is an orgazation structure including group, common values and participation of group. Relationships, social factors between employees are directly effective on working harmony, satisfaction and performance of working life.It has been foreseen with the mentioned explenation above that systematized and measured of social factors in human resources management will supply measurable succes and motives both employeees and company to the same targets. Practices to the contrary for short term interprice?s targets will supply unsuccessful results on sustainable growth and targets in human resources management in the long term.
