Combating trafficking in human beings policies: Turkey and EU countries study

Human trafficking is one of the heaviest human rights violations that can be encountered in the migration process. Victims of human trafficking can be women, men and children. Despite the fact that different forms of labor are a phenomenon involving exploitation, the most typical way of seeing human trafficking is forced prostitution. States, international organizations and non-governmental organizations are approaching various forms of human trafficking. Human trafficking is an inhuman action in which one is exploited in different forms, one being an object. Trafficking in human trafficking is similar to slavery as an act that has been deprived of these rights because the person is not even benefited from the innate right earned by birth and is born. Unfortunately, the fact that the slavery that is often seen in the past centuries has been a subject of commercialization like a commodity has not been removed. Today, human trafficking continues to buy and sell people around the world for various purposes. Literature scanning technique was used in the research. This data has been numerically supported in order to obtain more objective results. In the theoretical part of the study, human trafficking was conveyed in detail with reasons and results. The research has benefited from international sources such as ILO, UNICEF, global human trafficking reports. The human trafficking cases that have taken place in recent years in terms of the striking results of human trafficking are explained with examples. The crime of human trafficking can continue its existence in the world because of the demands that arise in this market. The number of people who are victims of trafficking in human beings and victims of this crime is increasing day by day in order to destroy the demands of the official and nongovernmental organizations fighting human trafficking, the demands of the people, the services the human traffickers offer.
