Abstract (EN)
The subject of the current study is the definition, historical evolution, and recent developments concerning crimes against humanity, along with the concept of individual criminal responsibility within the framework of international law. The dissertation examines the evolution of the concept of crimes against humanity and the related judicial proceedings and analyzes the concept of individual criminal responsibility in light of the decisions of international criminal courts.
