Abstract (EN)
The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) emerging as an idea in the early 20th century has been used in various areas in the last two decades. UAVs being used both in military and the civilian areas in order to obtain remote sensing (RS) data has provided a rapid and comprehensive development process. On the other hand, with the need of data from different areas within the framework of the urban transformation projects being popular in our country for the last fifteen years; data obtained by the methods of geodetic, RS and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for the periods of pre-transformation, transformation and post-transformation processes have become more significant. The applicability of photogrammetry data obtained by means of UAVs between 2014-2018 in the change analysis through an example of urban transformation project in the selected study area in the province of Ankara, Hidirliktepe - Atifbey - Ismetpasa Urban Transformation Development and Project Field is examined within the scope of this master's thesis.
