Abstract (EN)

As engineers; we must use the sources and time sufficiently which are presented to us, as part of engineering projects which are carried out for the benefit of humanity. In addition to this main criterion of the engineering; as geomatic engineer our assignment is to perform the meauserements as fast and accurate as possible. In consequence of developments in Photogrammetry which is the main department of geomatic engineering, a glider which use to be quiet complicated and furnished with huge photography system or studies which use to be practiced extremelly high priced by using double propelled plane, replace with relatively cheaper and tiny systems which are portable in a backpack have UAV, able to take high quality photos. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles are effectively used in very different departments such as; land surveying, agriculture, search and rescue, archeology, and so on. Altough; measurements which are made by affordable geodetic measuring instruments give practical and high accuracy results, sometimes they can be too slow to catch up with the project. It can make impossible to work effectively. In this thesis it is searched that what kind of advantages could UAV Photogrammetery take in case of geodetic measurement techniques are insufficient.
