The contribution of applying interactive education cd to the graphic design classes in anatolian fine arts and sports high school (11th grade)

On this research as a tool for visual media education CD is going to be presented with its assistance on education, to expand the usage of teaching materials for affective teaching. The CD design is prepared to create understandable, interesting and effective resource of material for teaching.For the research and survey Çankaya Ankara Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar ve Spor Lisesi is chosen. Three groups are made from 8 students each from the 11th grade students in this high school. Thus, a sample of 24 people is created and the survey is carried out on this sample. One of these three groups is the control group The other two groups are going to be experimental group. The control group is taught using explanation methods and in one of the other groups students are given an Interactive Education CD called `An Introduction to the Graphic design? which has been prepared before. To the other group both the Interactive Education CD and standard teaching methods are applied. All the groups have been applied achievement tests both before and after the application.As a data collection tool, Achievement Test is used. Achievement Test consists of 6 questions. Used both at the beginning and at the end, the same Achievement Test is applied to all sample groups and the effects of the application on the test results are determined. All the datum are shown with the diagrams.As a result of the research, the application of Interactive Education CD and the stardart teaching methods together supplies permanent and interesting teaching period at Graphic Design Classes, so that focusing durations of students is extended while instruction period gets shorter which affects the success rates of students positively.
