Abstract (EN)

The heart is one of the most important organs in the body that can be affected by the levels of cytokines upon injury, which can be accompanied by immune responses. It can be said that coronary patients have increased levels of interleukin 6 and decreased levels of antioxidants, which leads to the promotion of coronary artery disease. In patients with heart disease for age, women were affected at an earlier age than men. The results of the study with respect to weight showed high statistical significance and a significant effect level in patients with heart disease when compared with the control group at P = <0.05. GOT and GPT means indications in patients with heart disease. The results indicate significant differences and can be used with other variables in the follow-up and diagnosis of the disease. Relative to GPT, indicating that its levels do not overlap with the disease. As for total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein, there were no significant differences between the study groups at P = <0.05. Also, the results of C-RP and interleukin 6 results indicate that their levels are clearly elevated in heart patients, indicating that they can use the levels of these immunological parameters to follow disease progression. The results of creatinine kinase indicate that its levels were significantly altered in heart patients, and there were significant differences, indicating that levels of this test have a clear role in heart disease.
