Legal responsibility of the banks in internet banking

Our study titled as Legal Responsibility of the Bank in Internet Banking and at first we examined the process of internet banking and the main contracts that stand out the internet banking then according to the basic principles and banking law, the legal responsibilities of the bank was determined in accordance with the internet banking contract. Our thesis consists of four parts. In the first part of our thesis, we explaıned the evolution of banking from branch banking to electronic banking and from this point to digital banking. In the second part of our thesis, the contracts that make up the internet banking system are explained. In the third part of our thesis, the internet banking contract is examined alone with all legal details and the liabilities of the banks and customers are discussed. In the fourth and last part of our thesis, the legal responsibility of the bank in internet banking has been reviewed.
