Abstract (EN)
With the development of the technology and internet, the internet has become an indispensable part of our daily lives and there is a need to organize publications on the internet. In this sense, with the Law No. 5651, the Law on "Regulation of Broadcasts Made on the Internet and the Struggle Against the Crimes Committed Using These Broadcasts" was entry into effect. With the arrangement, the duties and responsibilities of the content provider, access provider, location and social network provider was determined. In the study, were emphasised the catalog crimes stated in the Law No. 5651 and the criminal acts in the TCK and other law offense committed over the internet and were tried to be explained decisions of blocking the access made as a result of these criminal acts. Finally, were discussed the effects of new technologies such as blockchain , IoT and social media on internet broadcasts and were examined the regulations made in the international area.
