Abstract (EN)
With the globalization and expansion of the internet, banks started to provide service through internet-based channels. Through internet-based banking channels, banks provide consumers with the convenience of performing financial transactions independent of location and time, thereby reducing the workload in branches and thus reducing costs and increasing profitability. Therefore, it is very important to determine the factors that affect the behavioral intentions of consumers in using these channels. In this context, the aim of this study is to reveal the usage of internet-based banking channels of financial service consumers and to determine the factors that are effective in the adoption of these channels. In order to achieve this goal, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology-2 was used as a basis and tested for financial advisors by adding "innovation", "trust" and "perceived risk" variables to the variables in the model. The data of the research were collected by face to face survey with 145 financial advisors operating in Kütahya city center and SPSS 18 package program was used for data analysis. In the study, it was concluded that the variables of habit, innovation, social influence and perceived value affect the behavioral intention of consumers to use internet-based banking channels. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, trust and perceived risk variables have no effect on behavioral intention.
