This thesis aims to provide students with learning power electronic lessons in aschedule. For this reason, an educational web site has been designed. Web site iscomposed of three main units with fourteen power electronic circuitssimulations prepared in Java program. In this educational site, theoreticalinformation and experimental studies, users can take a text exam to check theirknowledge. A user will be able to take the power electronics lesson wheneverneeded. As the user will perform learning process themselves in a scheduledway, the education will have a personalized manner. Furthermore, the lessonswill have visual properties by the simulation pages. In this method as the userwill be able to take the lessons whenever and wherever desired, the problem oftime and place constrains will be solved to some extent. In addition, in this wayeducation process will become more effective and the lessons will be learned in amore long lasting way.
