Abstract (EN)

It is important for companies that have been offered to the public to be in constant communication with investors in order to maintain their relations with their investors and to maintain their existence in the market in the long term. Along with the communication with the investors, the market value of the enterprises is also affected. Today, as of the point where technological developments have come, businesses are turning to internet-based communication instead of traditional methods (press releases, promotional trips, etc.) in terms of informing investors and the market. The aim of this study is to determine the internet-based investor relations scores of the companies whose stocks are traded in the Borsa Istanbul manufacturing sector. As a result of the analysis, when the investment scores of the embroidery are examined, CCOLA has the highest rate for the period 01.01.2018 - 30.11.2019; TKURU was found to be the enterprise with the lowest ratio. According to the simple linear regression analysis performed between the investor relations scores of the enterprises and the stock returns, no significant relationship was found between the two variables.
