Abstract (EN)
Contemporary consumer-oriented marketing actions target the satisfaction of consumer needs and aspirations. The factors which effect the consumer satisfaction should be observed and known. Being able to understand the consumer behavior consistently is very important in the sense of making the marketing strategies successful in the long term. With the rapid development of the internet, the commercial activities executed on the internet have also spread rapidly. Several important features of the internet have played a major role in choosing online stores for consumers. Identifying the factors affecting the consumer behaviors on online shopping has a key role in the sense of ensuring efficiency for firm and marketers. The actions in this direction ensure taking the first step for a long-term success. The main purpose of this tehesis; determine the affecting factors of consumers behaviour and attidutes on online shopping. Within this aim, consumer behaviour and online shopping threads processed.
