Investigating the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing organizational performance: A meta-analysis

This research seeks to investigate the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing organizational performance using the method of meta-analysis. Given the rapid advancements in AI technologies and their widespread applications across various industries, this study analyzes the results of previous studies to identify the different impacts of AI on organizational performance. In this study, 11 scholarly and research papers from reputable international sources were gathered, and the various effects of AI in improving decision-making processes, productivity, innovation, and organizational service quality were examined. The findings suggest that AI can significantly enhance organizational performance through process automation, improving decision quality, reducing costs, and increasing productivity. Additionally, this research explores factors such as challenges and barriers to implementing AI in organizations and provides solutions to overcome these challenges. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of organizational readiness, employee training, and ethical considerations in the successful adoption of AI. By addressing these aspects, organizations can better leverage AI to gain a competitive advantage and achieve long-term strategic goals.
