Investigation of clinical significance of AMH, IL10 and IL-6 and some biochemical tests as prognostic factors in patients with prostate cancer in Al-Anbar city, Iraq

AMH (Anti Müllerian Hormone): This glycoprotein hormone is used to evaluate prostate cancer patients since they have the AMH type 2 receptor. IL-6 and IL-10, pleiotropic pro-inflammatory cytokines, promote tumor development. This research examines AMH, IL10, and IL6 hormone alterations in Iraqi prostate cancer patients. Thus, it was intended to examine the outcomes of specific chemical variables in healthy persons as a control group and how they impact or predict illness onset or early development. The research included 55 prostate cancer patients and 55 healthy controls. The first group included 59.14-year-old patients compared to 45.34-year-old controls. The sick group's weight was substantially higher than that of healthy persons (93.52 kg vs. 91.30 kg). The patient group had average significant excellence at PSA (10.46 ng/mL vs. 3.18 ng/mL). Patients and controls had similar AMH levels. The mean IL6 levels of 4.69 pg/mL in the sick group and 1.05 pg/mL in the control group showed substantial improvement. IL10 levels were significantly higher in patients (12.73 pg/mL) than in healthy individuals (6.20 pg/mL). The testosterone-prostate cancer correlation was substantial. The sick group had 207.17 ng/dL testosterone compared to 490.41 in the control group. Both groups had significantly different FSH levels. Prostate cancer patients had higher LH levels than healthy individuals (11.22 IU/mL vs. 4.28 IU/ml). The patient group had 275.43 mg/dL total cholesterol, compared to the limit of 186.65 mg/dL. The patient group's total cholesterol was 312.40 mg/dL and the minimum was 240.40. The tables showed that the patient group had a total glyceride average of 199.99 mg/dL, compared to 148.14 mg/dL for the healthy group. The sick group had 35.97 mg/dL HDL and the control group 32.25. Compared to the control group's 58.86 mg/dL, the patient group's mean LDL level of 98.17 mg/dL was considerably higher. The sick group had 39.99 mg/dL VLDL, whereas the control group had 29.62 mg/dL
