Polikistik over sendromlu kadınlarda serum inhibin a ile çinko konsantrasyonu arasındaki ilişkinin ve bunun FSH ve LH seviyeleri ile korelasyonunun incelenmesi

The aim of this study is to investigate whether there is a correlation between polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), inhibin A, zinc, and some biochemical marker levels and PCOS. The study group consisted of women with infertility disease (Group B n= 40, Group C = 40, Group D = 40) and healthy women (A Group A= 40, as a controls group), and specifically with PCOs. The results indicated the importance of age in relation to PCOs, when increasing the age increased the chance to the occurrence of PCOs at the women. At the same time, there was a correlation between the INHA, LH, FSH, and zinc with PCOs at P > 0.005. There was no association between PCOs disease with length, RBS, Ca, and Mg at a significance level of less than 5 percent (P < 0.05). When correlations were made in the post-tests, there was an association between A with group B, which included only infertile women, while there was no association with the rest of the groups.
