Abstract (EN)

In this study some of the thermoluminescent properties such as glow curve structure, relative thermoluminescence sensitivity, dose response linearity of lithium fluoride thermoluminescent dosimeters TLD-600 (6LiF: Ti, Mg) and TLD-700 (7LiF: Ti, Mg) were investigated after irradiation 252Cf neutron+gamma and90Sr-90Y beta sources at room temperature and then with obtained results were compared. The kinetic parameters of TL glow peaks namely the order of kinetics (b), activation energy (Ea) and the frequency factor (s) of these dosimeters have also been obtained using the computerized glow curve deconvolution (CGCD) program. In addition, the effect of heating rate on the TL glow curves of dosimeters has been investigated. They were found that the maximum TL glow peak intensities and the total area under the glow curves of both dosimetries are decreasing with increasing heating rate. There is no good agreement with the kinetic parameters calculated by CGCD program for both radiation sources.
