Abstract (EN)
There have been made alot of changes and aditions in alot of statutes related with mortgage system with the act numbered 5582. These regulations provide the funds for the financing of housing on the one hand and a pool of mortgages guaranties means of establishing a special purpose fund (collateralized mortgage securities and mortgage-backed securities) brought into the arrangements for the formation and investor protection, on the other side of the housing finance agreement, the financial institution and a consumer The relationship between organized.
