Abstract (EN)

That countries enter into democratization process and human rights and freedoms independence space widen led judiciary, legislative, executive powers to be described and caused restrictions of them to be defined. In this context, especially stressed criterias in my thesis, that working system of Constitutional Judiciary and relations with legislative power should be revised is in actual events of communities today.In our country thanks to Constitutional Court with being founded by Turkish Constitution of 1961 constitutional checks of legislative processes and resolution of Constitutions's binding and altitude which is in Turkish Constitution of 1982 is being tried to be materialised. The subject of this study is action for annulment which is regulated by Turkish Constitution of 1982 and is a control method and working principals of constitutional judiciary. In my thesis study, Turkish Constitutional Judiciary System and Its Working Methods, and their positive and negative sides, are tried to be explained objectively and evaluated controversially.
