Abstract (EN)
In this dissertation, 1915 to 2018 Iraqi Turkoman novels published as books or serialized in periodicals during this time are identified and examined in terms of structure and content. Before proceeding to the analysis, the selected novels which are in Iraqi Turkoman (Arabic alphabet) language were translated to official Iraqi Turkoman (Latin letters). In the introduction part of the dissertation, a brief analysis of the general information about the history, literature, novels, and novelists of the Iraqi Turkoman is disclosed. The first chapter begins by giving information on Iraqi Turkomans under the title "Iraqi Turkomans". The second part of the study, under the title "The Formation of Contemporary Iraqi Turkoman Literature", narrates the development of verse and prose genre in Iraqi Turkoman Literature. The third chapter, under the title "Iraqi Turkoman Novel and Novelists", introduces the novels and gives information about the novelists concerned. Finally, the Fourth Chapter, under the main title "Examination of Novels", analyzed fourteen Iraqi Turkoman novels in terms of their structures and contents. In the conclusion part of the study, a general evaluation of both Iraqi Turkoman Literature and the analyzed works is made. Followed by References and Appendices.
