Iraqi Turkmanian poet Hasan Görem: His life, his literary identity, his style and all his poems

Hasan Görem, who depicts history and future of Iraq Turkmenians, several social, cultural and political obstacles they face, is one of the leading authors of Iraq Turkmenian literature. With the national culture related topics he tackles and with his philosophical opinions, Hasan Görem has recently achieved to gain a significant place in Iraq Turkmenian literature. Our study consists of structural and content review of the poems of Hasan Görem in his book "Rü'yâ" ("Dream"). Our study, named as Iraqi Turkmanian Poet Hasan Görem (His life, his literary identity, his style and all his poems), consists of an introduction part and three main sections. In the introduction part of the thesis, research and review method of our study, details related with history, geography, demography and literature of Iraq Turkmenians take place. In the first part named as "Life and Literary Identity of Hasan Görem", details about life, literary identity and style are mentioned. Again in this part structure, content and style of the poems in his book "Rü'yâ" are reviewed. This part is concluded with the studies carried out about Hasan Görem. In the second part of our study which named as "literary language of poems of Hasan Görem", his poems are reviewed according to the literary language features. In this section the words used in poems of Hasan Görem are analyzed according to the derivational affixes and inflections and onomastic elements used in these poems. In the third part of our study, the poems used as source for our study are interpreted into Turkish language. The conclusion section includes our evaluations and findings we concluded about the poems of Hasan Görem as a result of the studies we carried out. Original text of "Rü'yâ" of Hasan Görem and some materials we attained during our study are included in the "Annexes Section" of our paper.
