Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relation between work-family conflict and job satisfaction level of private course teachers were investigated. In order to achieve this, the data obtained from 392 private course teachers via quastioannarie was analyzed. Datas from questionnarie were statistically analyzed with non parametric tests which Mann Whitney U test and Kruskall Wallis test and relation between work-family conflict and job satisfaction analyzed with Spearman correlation test.The result of study, there is signifiance diffrerences with weekly work hours and work-family conflict; there is signifiance differences of teachers gender and weekly work hours and work to family conflict; there is signifiance differences gender and family to work conflict; and there is signifiance differences of teachers age group, weekly work hours, years of teachers exprience and job satisfaction.Three hypothesis conducted about teachers work-family conflict, work-to family conflict, family to work conflict and job satisfaction. The result of these hypothesis, there is a negative relations with work-family conflict and job satisfacion; there is a negative relationship with work to family and job satisfaction; there is a negative relationship with family to work conflict and job satisfaction.Keywords: Work-Family Conflict, Job Satisfaction, Private Course, Teacher, Kocaeli
