In this study, a wage model of a company is constructed by using the factor point method which is one of the Job Analysis and Evaluation Techniques while the structural and technological circumstances of the company are considered. When the wage models obtained are analysed, the Parabolic Model Wage Bracket is found on the best representative for the Work Groups wages. Science Code : 605.01.01.
