Abstract (EN)
This analysis aims to determine how much business investigation of Söğütlü food businesses is taken into consideration while training and development activities are carried out, and to determine the effect of this situation on business success. In the first part of the research, job analysis is discussed from a conceptual perspective. In the second part, the concept of education and development is evaluated within the framework of the subject of the thesis. In the third and last part, the research findings and results are emphasized. In this study, a structured interview was chosen as the data collection tool. The interview questions were prepared in a 14-question format as a result of the literature review. Interviews were conducted face-to-face and by telephone. Interviews were conducted over 7 food businesses operating in Söğütlü. The data obtained as a result of the interview were noted down and written in the third part, and finally, the findings were evaluated. The results of this study, it has been determined that there are business analyzes in the food businesses evaluated within the framework of the sample and they implement training and development activities. If job analyzes are taken into account in training and development activities and programs, it is figured that the performance of the employees of the enterprise increases and the success of the establishment increases consequently.
