In this direction, the aim of the study is to reveal the details of the business development and process management carried out within the scope of the needs and expectations of the users by considering the design processes of the games under certain standards. In the study, it was examined to what extent these processes guide the design stages and the industry by focusing on the content-based elements within the scope of ethics and needs brought to the fore in the design processes. In the part of the study related to game companies, in-depth interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods, to reveal the details of the design processes of mobile and video game design companies; in the study conducted with users, the survey technique, one of the quantitative data collection methods, was used to determine the features / elements of the games that users prefer to play and to determine their effects on the players. As a result of the interview, it has been observed that mobile and video game design companies use different approaches and strategies; the concepts and values included in the fictional world in game design studies are reflected flexibly, unlike reality. As a result of the survey study, it has been observed that the personality traits used by the users in the games they prefer to play are not independent from real life; the users tend to play the games suitable for their own characteristics and the features used in the games are related to users' real-life features.
