Abstract (EN)
Labour productivity has been the subject of "hard work" in recent years. Especially the health sector, which has a lot of workload, stress, and high risk due to the human life, is a field that is most needed for the workforce to be productive. Undoubtedly, the greatest volume of health services belongs to state hospitals. In state hospitals, the percentage of development of doctors, hospitals and therefore the country constitutes a significant part of the workforce. The aim of this study is to determine the factors affecting the workforce productivity of doctors working in Erzurum state hospitals. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 276 doctorates working at Atatürk University Research Hospital, Regional Training & Research Hospital and Palandöken Hospital. The answers given by the doctors; descriptive statistics, averaging methods, chi-square test, binary logistic regression analysis and correlation analysis were applied. According to them, the productivity of doctors is related to "the years of work in the hospital", "the trust, solidarity and cooperation with colleagues" and "having information about private hospitals in the city". In addition, the result is that doctors' productivity is most affected by physical factors, and at least by institutional factors.
