Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, on organization is the presence of highly committed employess one of the most important factors. Organizational commitment is desirable because it increases the productivity and motivation of employees. Job security and wages are a concept associated with organizational commitment. Exploring the relationship between these two concepts could have implications both an academic research and human resources management practices. Of this research the purpose, is to analyze organizational commitment in job security and wages to effects. Research data were from 47 bank branches in Sakarya (Erenler, Adapazari, Serdivan districts) operating in the banking sector. Face to face question naires have been applied and prepared survey form has been used as a data collection tool in accordance with its aim. The sample is; a questionnaire was applied to 202 bankers among those who were easily selected by sampling method. According to data, In Sakarya, bankers working in the banking sector have been found to continue to work in the bank, which is the primary reason and priority job security in working life. There was a positive relation between job security and organizational commitment. Such that there was a positive relation between wage and organizational commitment.
