Multiple regression analysis was performed on the data to determine the effects of the quantitative and qualitative job insecurity and internal and external employability on occupational identification. As a result, it was found that quantitative job insecurity has a low positive effect on occupational identification, qualitative job insecurity does not affect occupational identification, and internal and external employability has a moderate positive effect on occupational identification. Among the independent variables, internal employability has the highest effect on occupational identification.
