Abstract (EN)
Increased industrial accidents and accelerated industrial accidents forced businesses to take precautions. This is important not only for businesses to continue their operations smoothly, but also for the human element, the only valuable, rare, inimitable and substitutable resource of the enterprise. In this study, a new occupational safety management system was designed according to Axiomatic Design principles with agile management approach and put into practice in a company in automotive sector. In the first part of the study, where the mentioned methods and principles are used, the differences of current and changing legislation of occupational safety management are emphasized and in the second part, literature study is made for agile management approach. The third section covers the Axiomatic Design and the fourth section deals with the previous studies in this field in the literature. In the fifth chapter, the design of the study is emphasized, and in the last part, the designed system is applied in the automotive sector. Some steps of the model have been put into practice and some steps have been taken into planning.
