Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of perfectionism and self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior in business life. The sample of the study consisted of volunteers over the age of 18 who are in business life in Istanbul. Qualitative method was used in the study and the data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed in SPSS 23 program. As a result of the study, a significant negative relationship was found between the general level of organizational citizenship and the level of onset, while a positive and significant relationship was found between the general level of organizational citizenship and the level of resilience. In addition, self-efficacy and perfectionism dimensions had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Perfectionism, self-efficiency, organizational citizenship,
