The right of rescission of the Social Security Organization in cases of work accident and proffessional diseases

In case of occupational accidents and Professional diseases the Social Security Organization provides all health benefits to the insured without any contribution rate. In addition, within the framework of short-term insurance and in order to partially compensate for the loss of wages for the time absent at work a temporary incapacity to work pension is paid. If the incapacity of the insured is greater than 10% of his work force then a permanent incapacity revenue is provided. Moreover, benefits provided by the Social Security Organization in cases of work accidents and professional diseases are not limited to these. For example, in case of the death of the insured, right owners are provided ?death revenue?, the costs of the funeral are compensated and female children are provided a marriage benefit. In Turkish law the reimbursement of a certain amount of these expenses from an employer is considered under the concept of the Organizations right of rescission.
