The descriptive analyses were performed through the SPSS program. The structural equation models which established to test the main hypotheses of the study were analysed through the LISREL program. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that job characteristics, clan culture and adhocracy culture perceptions of the participants had a negative and meaningful effect on work procrastination behaviour, while hierarchy and market culture perceptions had a positive and meaningful effect on work procrastination behaviour. In addition, it has been concluded that external control focus has a moderator role in all of these effects.
