Abstract (EN)
There are many factors affect the work performance of employees. Among these, the influence of psychological factors such as personality traits has been the subject of research in literature. The theory of personality traits tells us that the similarities and differences of personality traits must be measured, identified and classified. There are studies that show that individual distinctive features directly affect the performances of people at work. In addition to these psychological factors, there are few studies that examine the effect of birth order variable on success. Studies show that first-born children perform better in the work they do than children born next. In this study, psychological and demographic factors which affecting business performance are examined. The personality traits and the effect on the job performance of the birth order were tested on a model. It is thought that the research results will provide support for the summer so that these three variables will be evaluated together in the same model. The research was carried out using the quantitative method. The data were collected through questionnaires to be created as a result of the summer screening. The surveys were conducted face-to-face with 305 people from 7 different countries working in Antalya performing arts organization companies and their supervisors. In addition to demographic questions, "Eysenck Personality Questionnaire" and "Job Performance Questionnaire" were used for personality traits. The performance perceptions of employees were asked to themselves and their supervisors. The questionnaires were translated from the original due to the implementation of 3 different languages and the language validity was tested. The results are analyzed and interpreted through package programs. In this context, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test, ANAVO and CHAID tests were applied.
