Abstract (EN)

Heat pump systems are one of the most important air conditioning systems that will continue to be popular today and in the future. While studies on heat pumps date back to the 1800s, today these systems generally work as 1 to 4 systems. In other words, while 1 unit of energy is spent, 4 units of benefit are gained. While our energy needs are increasing day by day with developing technology, these systems, supported by renewable energy systems, show that they are capable of providing a solution to the solid fuel deficit that is expected to cause a crisis in the world. It has been tried and researched in many different ways, from residential heating and cooling to domestic hot water, from fruit drying to greenhouse heating and process heating, and research continues. The purpose of this study on heat pump systems is to examine the types of heat pumps used for heating and hot water in residences, to examine which systems are more preferred in the market and which companies are in more demand on a brand basis. These results will be evaluated as a Multi-Criteria Decision Making problem and the decision-making processes of investors, final consumers, designers, implementers and contracting companies will be examined. By evaluating the brands according to the countries in which they are produced, the impact of heat pumps produced in Japan, China, Europe and South Korea on decision makers will be analyzed according to their Financial, Marketing, Technical and Network advantages in different criteria using MCDM methods. While Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the criteria, comparisons will be made with VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I kompromisno Resenje) and EDAS (Evaluation based on distance from average solution) methods.
