SUMMARY THE EFFECT OF JOB ROTATION AND EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT ON EMPLOYEES? PERCEPTIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: AN APPLICATION AT 5-STAR A CHAIN ACCOMADATION ORGANIZATION IN ANTALYA This study was carried out to investigate the effect of job rotation and employee empowerment practices on the perception of organizational support at 5-Star a chain accomadation organization in Antalya. The job rotation, employee empowerment and perceptions about organizational support level of the staff were examined and then it was tried to make clear that whether these variables' perceptions differed according to their genders, marital statues, ages, income levels, educational status, departments, positions, degrees, etc. After that the effect of job rotation and employee empowerment practices on the perception of organizational support and the relation among these 3 variables were examined. The samples of the study are 404 workers of 5-Star a chain accomadation organization in Antalya. To choose the samples random sampling method and for the analysis SPSS 17 statitics methos was used. A survey was prepared about job rotation, employee empowerment and perceived organizational support variables and with the data from this survey, which was applied to 404 people, T-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were made. As the result of these analysis as asserted in the hypothesis of the study, there is a meaningful relation in a positive way among the workers' organizational support perceptions and job rotation and employee empowerment.
