Özet (EN)

Job rotation is the temporary employment of employees between duties at the same or similar level within the organization they are affiliated with. Job satisfaction, on the other hand, means the happiness an employee feels from the job he is doing. Employees' job satisfaction levels affect both themselves, their institutions and their environment. An employee who is satisfied with his job feels good physiologically and psychologically and continues to work with great enthusiasm. In this sense, in order to increase employee satisfaction, business institutions make some plans both individually and institutionally. One of these plans is job rotation. In this study, which was conducted to examine the effects of job rotation on the job satisfaction of employees; The definition, purposes, types, benefits and drawbacks of job rotation, stages of application, definition, importance and theories of job satisfaction were discussed and the effect of stress on job satisfaction of nurses as a result of job rotation was analyzed. For this purpose, data were collected from 270 people using the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and the Nurse Job Rotation Stress Scale. When similar studies are examined, it has been determined that job rotation has a positive effect on employees and saves them from monotony. In this study, it was determined that the stress resulting from job rotation negatively affects job satisfaction
