The Law on Occupational Health and Safety No. 6331, which causes a new era in the working life to be initiated with the entry into force of law, regulates the duties, authorities, responsibilities, rights and obligations of managers and employees in the capacity of the employer, the employer and the supervisor in order to provide occupational health and safety at work places and to improve the existing health and safety conditions. The knowledge and expectations of business managers become important at the point where the aim of Occupational health and safety (OHS) practices introduced by the Law on Occupational Health and Safety No. 6331 is determined. In this study, it was aimed to determine the applicability level of the Law on Occupational Health and Safety No. 6331 in agriculture enterprises operating in Antalya province (n = 80) and to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of the employers or their representatives about OHS. It is also another objective planned to determine the relationship between employers 'or representatives' levels of knowledge and OHS attitudes in the OHS context. In the analysis of the data; Descriptive statistics related to OSH expressions, OSH attitude and OSH knowledge level are presented with mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage values. Correlation analysis was performed with the aim of determining relations between OHS information and OHS attitudes of company representatives. P values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant in the study. Analyzes were made with SPSS 23.0 package program licensed to Akdeniz University. According to the results of the survey, it was seen that only 45% of the firms have made risk analyzes and 63% of them had the urgent action plan. It has been observed that firms have recorded 55% of cases of insufficient compliance with OSH standards, 61% of work accident records, 63% of health surveillance records, 60% of occupational disease records, 64% of training records and 63% of regular health surveillance results. It has been seen that the high level of OHS knowledge of firm representatives also ensures their high OHS attitudes.
