Abstract (EN)

Art, which is an expression of the social and cultural accumulations of the societies, has a great social significance as well as an individual aspect that enriches the lives of the people. What lies at the heart of art is that the creative aspects of people can emerge as required. Artists play an important role in the orientation and shaping of social policies and contribute to the advancement of society through creative and critical perspectives. In this respect, societies that provide the necessary preciousness and value to art and artists are also making progress in social, cultural and industrial landscapes. In our country, the state has obligations at the constitutional level in terms of the protection of arts and artists. It is important to protect and develop the rights of the artists in order to fulfill these obligations and fulfill the requirements of the international law regulations. With this study, the basic rights of the artists regarding collective labor law and social security rights were discussed and problems arising from legislation and application were tried to be determined. In this framework, it is aimed to contribute to the work to be done especially at the legal level in terms of protection and development of the rights.
