Les contrats de non-concurrence liés à la résiliation de contrats de travail

In our study, we examine non-compete agreements which prohibit the employee from competing with the employee's former employer following the end of employment relationship. Our study covers not only the enforcement of non-compete agreements under Turkish laws but also their enforcement in foreign countries. In this regard, we benefited from the Turkish law doctrine and judicial decisions. We also referred in our study to the researches and evaluations made in comparative law.
