The population of the survey are consists of 550 personnel who have been transferred from Subcontractor to Staff. As a result of the analyzes, moderate level of work stress and higher levels of organizational commitment were determined. In addition, an inverse relationship between affective commitment and work stress was observed and it was revealed that correlation and regression analysis showed that work stress affects organizational commitment.
