Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between health workers' perceived work stress, work-family conflict and intention to leave during the Covid-19 epidemic and to contribute to the literature on the relevant subject. In this direction, the State Hospital operating in the province of Gümüşhane was determined as the universe of the research. The research was carried out with the participation of 273 health workers (doctor, nurse, midwife, health technician etc.). SPSS 23.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data collected by the survey method. As a result of the research, it has been determined that there are positive and significant relationships between work stress and work-family conflict, between work-family conflict and intention to leave, and between work stress and intention to leave. In addition, analyzes were carried out to determine whether there are differences between job stress and demographic variables of gender, marital status, education and job status, actual service period and working time in the hospital. As a result of these analyzes, it was concluded that there were no significant differences between work stress and other variables other than the job status of the employees.
