Abstract (EN)
Employees; work intensities can be subject to stress due to customer attitudes and reasons arising from their relationships with their colleagues. It is observed that the employees experience psychological problems if they have high perceptions of stress and cannot cope with stress. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the perception of stress in the work life of individuals working in different banks and the levels of psychological symptoms. This study investigates whether there is a relationship between job stress and organizational commitment in the public sector and the work stress. The study was carried out on 60 bank employees in Malatya province. Personal Information Form, Work Stress Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale were used to collect the data. Data were analyzed by using SPSS for Windows 19.0 software. For this purpose, as a result of the correlation analysis, there was a significant relationship between work stress and organizational commitment. According to this result, as the work stress decreases, it is seen that organizational commitment increases. Keywords: Work Stress, Organizational Commitment, Participation Bank
