Process maturation and perfection approaches require the versioning and implementation of process models, which we can see as the genetic structures of businesses, according to a specific discipline and metrics. Since every innovation to be made in the processes will affect the efficient use of time, which is perhaps the most important resource of the enterprise, if a new process is to be started, it is expected that it will have a significant difference and benefit from the previous version. Within the scope of this thesis, the application of bpmn, dmn and process mining methods together in process maturation studies and the application of the output data as a SCADA variant in industrial automation flows, together with the output meta-data taken from the APIs within the industrial software, is provided as a new monitoring method.
